Hydraulic monoshock with inner pressurized expansion reservoir (Nitrogen gas N2) equipped with fully floating piston for gas/oil separating.
Computerized engineering systems are used to design, project and produce all the components with materials of high-end technical and mechanical characteristics plus high precision machining.
It replaces the hydraulic “heart” of the front original suspension, taking advantage of the BMW ESA (Electronic Suspension Adjustment) original parts for adjusting the Rebound and spring Preload.
36 mm diameter cylinder made from Steel alloy, Nichel coating and lapped finish surface treatment to grant an effectively “zero” friction.
16 mm diameter high tensile Steel alloy piston-rod, hard chrome coating.
Spring in Si-Cr alloy Steel are available in different rates..
Fully re-buildable and re-valveable.
