Its primary objective is to design and produce hydraulic suspension systems for powerful sport motorcycles.

Matris introduces the revolutionary steering damper with its external volumetric recovery tank, which is even today a point of reference for the design and technology of the sector.

2000
Inauguration of the new Matris headquarters.
Twenty years of experience, togetherwith the technical and mechanical evolution of materials, Titanium, Aluminium alloys, and special Steel alloys, allowed Matris to improve its competitiveness, especially in terms of quality-price relationship.

2001-2002
Matris expands its manufacturing, inspection and testing lines by adding more CNC machine tools, computerized test-benches and investing in sophisticated engineering software, with the aim of satisfying the needs of a sector in constant demand for top quality end-products.

2003-2004
Matris’ new pressurized expansion systems for steering dampers and its new range of rear monoshocks proved that for Matris “improving safety” is not just a slogan but a true, steadfast reality.

2005-2007
The range of Matris products is expanded with the introduction of the new hydraulic fork cartridge kits (available for naked-sport-racing bikes) for a complete motorcycle set-up.

2008-2011
To complete the range, Matris introduces new fork kits, new series of Twin-shocks for Classic & Custom bikes and the high-end pressurized F43P fork.

2011-2012
The selection of hydraulic shock absorbers has expanded by including the new range of MX12 “Off-Road” rear shocks for Motard, Enduro and Cross bikes.

2013-2015
The development of Matris does not know “lapse time” during the last years.
It is introduced the “entry level” line of rear shocks (mono and twins) and the new innovative F15K and F25SA/SP fork cartridge become reality.
